Camp Roar is a one-of-a-kind camp where children can learn all about the residents of the rescue center in a close, safe setting, while also taking part in games, simulated rescues, and one on one Q&A with our big cat keepers.
Camp Roar is a single day camp that runs from 10am-4pm. Campers need to arrive by 9:45am with the THREE FORMS completed and signed and a copy of their Covid-19 vaccination card. Parents are not permitted to stay at camp, but they are welcome to stay for the 10am tour of the cats with their campers (not included in the camp fees). Read more about camp here:
Please print, complete, and bring the following forms to camp:
- Allergy Information Form
- Medical Release Form
- Photo/Media Release Form
(The above three forms will be emailed to your provided email upon registration. They can also be printed out from the efrc.org/camproar page)
- A copy of Covid-19 vaccination card
- Please fill out Camper's name and T-shirt size in below box (Youth Small-Adult 3X)
*Note: Due to the continued susceptibility our cats have to Covid-19, we will be requiring all of our campers to have PROOF OF VACCINATION since they will be around our cat for extended periods of time. Thank you for your understanding as we do all we can to protect our cats! *
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This program does not include direct contact with any cat, feeding, or cleaning of enclosures. There are no exceptions to this policy. Safety of the animals and the staff must always come first over personal need. Campers will be supervised by two adults at all times.
